Description of Work: Fixed a start capacitor on the compressor. Called at 8:00am and it was fixed by 10:30am the same morning and in July in Florida that is HUGE. I am going to subscribe to a maintenance contract for two locations. Completed another project regarding replacement of ductwork located under the house and that was also a very professional experience.

Description of Work: Came ut to inspect system. Explained why no changes could be made as I had thought. Advised I just install a good digital thermostat. Even told me to call the electric company and have them do it to save money.

Description of Work: Installed new air handler,safety float, and new digital thermometer. Used crane to set condenser. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Extremely professional and courteous. Prompt, knowledgeable,fast and cleaned up when they finished. Was done on the date they promised. They made sure they explained everything to us before they left. Would definitely recommend this company.
