Computer running slow? Need to upgrade your Windows or Mac computer? Virus? Problems with your iOS or Android device? Need computer or smart phone lessons or tutorials? My name is Steph, and I currently work part-time for Apple as a Technical Support Advisor. I've been there for 2 years and specialize in iOS / iPhone / iPad issues. I've also been trained to troubleshoot Mac systems. I'm also A+ and Network+ certified to work on PCs and networks.
