The process after the initial contact with Dave Sipos from Sawgrass Plantation was one of the easiest and most professional renovation I have ever taken. I have been in the construction business for a long time and dealt with many contractors. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. Hurricane Irma came to visit us in september 2017 and left behind a house that was gutted to the studs. I met with many contractors in the area and some were quoting lower prices, but there was something I couldn't put a finger on with Dave Sipos. Now that the work is completed the finger was trust, loyalty and professionalism to his client. The entire house was rebuilt with the exception of the main foundation, outer cinder block walls and roof. But the space was transformed from a 1959 beach house to a modern 2019 house on the beach. Foundations were refortified, interior walls were removed, a bath was expanded, the wiring, plumbing, HVAC and all respected trades were brought up to code and approved every step of the way by the county. The cabinets and counter tops were made to order, the moulding details were perfect, the bath and shower changes were spot on and the materials vendors provided quality materials. There was also a refurbishment of the 60 year old terrazzo floors. Just beautiful. We are so happy that we went with Sawgrass Plantation. The staff including Terry, Scott, John and the many others were a pleasure to meet and work with. This is a small narrow street with 8 homes but all the neighbors were impressed with the accountability, workmanship and ownership of the project. They also appreciated the road access not being blocked during the work. If we had to do this all over again we would choose Dave Sipos and Sawgrass Plantation Ent. for our contractor. Thanks Dave.

I wanted them to do a room but the quote was a bit expensive. They are an excellent service and they were professional. I highly recommend them.

I have a 40-foot concrete girder-supported walkover ramp across the dunes leading to additional wooden steps to the beach. It is about 60 years old and the re-bar has been corroding for years; it had been patched several times; and I had a new girder put in last year. None of the people who assessed my needs had ever seen one like it and couldn't figure out how it got there. David Sipos, owner of Sawgrass Plantation Enterprise, brought in all kinds of agents to evaluate what could and could not be done to solve my problem--state, county, and city people, EPA, engineers, etc. He went over all of the options with me, including the pros and cons for each one. He finally built a wooden ramp over the existing concrete one, not touching it. There was a lot of up-front production before he could finally proceed with the project. He will soon begin work on my next project--replacing the roof on my garage--not the roofing, the roof. Another $20,000 job.
