Description of Work: Installed a new a/c system. Installation went very well, install crew very professional. SALES NOT SO PROFESSIONAL. Measured my a/c space and tired to sell me a 15 seer unit. We agreed on a 14 seer unit and they delivered a 13 seer with out telling me. I had to threaten to cancel before a price adjustment was made. Did not have time to compare the lower rated unit with others. Sales told me all units mainly the same. After the install and had time to research, I found consumer reports rates this unit lowest in quality with the most repairs. Sales was high pressure and rush rush. Salesman also misquoted estimate on electrical upgrade needed to meet code by about $1000. However, the electrical company they recommend, Jenkins Electrical was 1st class. Total bill was close to $6000. Unit is currently working, only time will tell how long. Would have to think a long time before I used One Hour Air again.

+ -1 moreThey were called to check our unit when it began to not cool, we were new to the area, and were not familiar with service companies here.. They were on time. The system worked fine when they left. I had originally given a lower review to this company , and the owner called about my complaint, and due to the fact that there could have been a misunderstanding I have changed my rating. What caused tis change was the fact that after spending quite a while on the phone with the owner I felt that he was 100% sincere and honestly cares about his business and more importantly about his customers, and I believe that he will do whatever he can to make his customer happy. In today's world that is refreshing.
Description of Work: System was not cooling. They were called to check it.

+ -1 moreThey don't seem to do much for the warranty. I am not too happy with their service. Their price is pretty much average. They are punctual and so far I am pleased with the service. If they do anything you have to pay extra for service and parts. The warranty doesn't seem to be good for anything.
Description of Work: They installed the central heat pump unit, and I have an annual warranty with them.

+ -1 moreThe salesman was very personable and made a great presentation. They are a national train and are franchised. I did a fair amount of research on everybody. I got about seven quotes. I probably will not use them.

The estimate was a little more than others, but we felt their quality, service, and warranties provided greater value. They measured our house, checked the duct system and insulation, and were particularly interested in our needs and expectations. They offered us options and we were able to choose the unit that best fit our needs. They were even able to provide financing to make the purchase affordable for us. We never felt they were pressuring us. The installers once again were on time. They took their time, were neat, clean, respectful, and courteous. They answered all of our questions. We are 100% satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this company to our friends and family!!
