Description of Work: 1. Removed, Repaired, Replaced sliding mirrored 4ft.x 8ft.closet door. |2. Removed plumbing under bathroom sink to clean severe clog and replace plumbing. |3. I was highly pleased with Mr. Smith's skills, courtesy, professionalism |& clean-up during & after completion of work. I have already established a return yesterday for his inspection & repair on my refrigerator. I would highly recommend him as a first class Handy-Man. Thanks Angie.

+ -1 moreFirst of all he showed up when he said he would!!!! New concept in the Florida Keys!!!!Well groomed, well spoken, polite, good sense of humor. He worked with us to determine exactly what we wanted done, made suggestions for better plans or that would save us money. Wrote estimate at no charge. Coordinated all schedules with us, purchased supplies and delivered o r had them delivered to us. Marshall went about the work without sparing a moment. He charges by the hour and we really got our money's worth, this guy does not mess around. He showed up.......started work......and kept going. He wanted complete satisfaction from us with his work before he would take final payment. Can you believe it? The quality of his work is excellent! What a joy to find someone honest and hard working in the Florida Keys!!!!
Description of Work: Completely remodeled 2 pool bathrooms with new tile, toilets, partitions, vanites, in wall paper towel dispensers. Installed trim work going up stairs in 18 townhomes, repaired refrigerators, dishwashers, washer/dryers. Moved furniture, painted.
