Project: tankless water heater not giving hot water. Ryan the tech that came out was awesome. He took his time and found the problem also gave helpful advise as to the system maintenance as this home was only purchased 2 months ago. We received text messages as to arrival time and they came earlier that expected due to a cancellation. Ryan got the system up and running.

Not only was the work done impeccably, It was done over and beyond my expectations. On top of it all, they are the nicest, respectful and informative workers I have ever come across. good company, a little high in price.

The plumber was on time and very friendly, he did his job well. However, the prices are exorbitant, $195.00 to replace a toilet fill valve which costs less than $20.00, and takes less than 10 minutes to replace is overcharging. And that was with a discount as he actually came to replace a kitchen faucet (which I had purchased) so he was already here for that job. Customer Services is very poor did not get back to me, I called the office and they told me they would send an email and someone would get back to me, but no one did. I even went in person but no one addresses the matter.

The national company is a little higher on the price range, but I appreciate the solid customer service and availability that comes with that.
