+ -1 moreIT WAS A VERY THOROUGH INSPECTION AND DID NOT MISS AN INCH OF THE HOME. I HAVE USED HIM FOR OTHER INSPECTIONS AND WILL CONTINUE TO REFER HIM BUSINESS.
Description of Work: I PURCHASED A NEW HOME RECENTLY AND WAS REFERRED TO TBCI BY A FRIEND. THE OWNER, RON CAME AND DID THE INSPECTION. HE INSPECTED EVERY APPLIANCE, WINDOW, WENT INTO THE ATTIC, ON THE ROOF, ETC. HE ENCOURAGED ME TO FOLLOW HIM AROUND AND EXPLAINED HOW EVERYTHING WORKED AND WAS SUPPOSED TO WORK.
