Kingdom painting owner and crews were extremely professional, efficient, and customer oriented. The quality of their work was excellent, and the value of their price (we have a 6,800 square foot lake front home) was extremely competitive. The team was responsive, punctual, followed through on every aspect of the job. I would, without a single reservation, recommend Kingdom Painting to my friends and use them for future jobs in my home. It was a refreshing experience, and our home looks great! I am grateful to Angie's List as the resource that led me to them.

I originally purchased a "2 painters for a day for $399" promotion from Kingdom Painting through Angie's List. The company's response was immediate and an appointment scheduled within 24 hours. On the appointed day, at the exact scheduled time, Daniel arrived with his two painters. He walked the job site with me and I explained what I wanted them to do. I pointed out that I now wanted to include additional areas that I had not mentioned at the time I made the appointment. Daniel very carefully and politely explained that he did not think two men could do what I wanted the painters to accomplish in their allotted time. I fully agreed. He told me my choices were to could keep to the original contract and the 2 painters would do everything they could in a full day or, I could arrange for him to stay as well for an additional fee. I asked him to call the owner Donnie and explain the situation to him. Donnie called me a few minutes later. He was extremely polite and there was absolutely no selling pressure from him. He offered to keep Daniel on site for an additional $350 and guaranteed that all three painters would work until they had completed everything that I wanted. I felt that this was a very fair price for what I needed, and I agreed to the extra fee. The three painters immediately commenced work. If i could sum up in one word what I think about Kingdom Painters, it would be "Exemplary". The quality of their work was absolutely top notch. In one day they completed everything I asked them to, and great care was taken to protect the site and cleanup afterwards. I would recommend them very highly to anyone requiring a top quality painting job. I will use them again without hesitation for my next project. Amazing experience! We are truly blessed to have found Kingdom Painters and had them paint our home. Our experience with them was A+ from start to finish. There were NO hick-ups at all (!!!) and they have done a marvelous and meticulous job painting our house. Donnie, the owner came out for an estimate, he was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and accommodating. We were impressed and decided to hire him on the spot as we deemed his estimate to be very fair and reasonable. He was able to give us a start day right away and informed us about a delay due to weather very well ahead of time. The crew is hard working and very pleasant to have around the house. No swearing or cursing from these guys. They did an excellent job. My mom was visiting from Germany and she is a very picky lady used to high quality German craftsmanship and let me tell you she was impressed. The crew worked hard and consistently from start to finish and have left us with a beautiful looking home that several people have already commented on. Our master bathroom looks stunning! The owner, Donnie, came by every day to look at the job. He repeatedly asked us if we were satisfied with the work. His crew consists of professionals who know what they are doing. Our front door looks like it was sprayed although they had to brush it since I had only bought a quart of paint. They cleaned up very well after themselves and we are very happy customers. First and foremost I must start by saying Donnie is your textbook professional. His attention to detail and customer service was outstanding. He is very keyed in on making sure he and his personnel are meeting the needs and expectations of the customer. It is very refreshing to see that customer satisfaction hasn't been a lost art form. Donnie really does cares and knows his reputation and business's livelihood are on the line. It was very evident Donnie has earned the respect of his personnel by not only in the way he treated them, but leading by example. He was present for most of the work being done, however he did have to leave on occasions to take care of other business, but when he returned he picked up a brush and went right to work. He even returned by himself to complete the final stripe that was being applied to one room. Due to a promotion Kingdom Painting was doing at the time I was able to receive a very good deal for the quality and amount of work. His portfolio of work on both residential and commercial properties is out for display, however it is very apparent once you see their work in person that they are talented and experienced professionals. You will not be disappointed by using Donnie and Kingdom Painting for your next interior/exterior painting needs.

After I called Donnie, we setup an appointment for an estimate. Donnie arrived at the appointed time, surveyed the house and provided me with an estimate. The estimated included patching, sanding, painting and all the materials (paint included). We gave Donnie a color sample for the living room and he said that he'd match it and bring a sample to test out on the wall. It turned out we didn't like the color on the wall; Donnie was understanding as we were still undecided about our color choices. Over the weekend we tried various color samples on the walls and finally made our selections. I email Donnie with the selections over the weekend as his crew was to start first thing after Labor day. The crew showed up on time and got down to work. They were very efficient, priming over our test paint patches, masking and removing hardware in the prep. Once they started painting they were clean and quick. We had a pocket door that had been damaged by a previous worker from another job driving a nail through a baseboard into the door. I asked the crew if they could patch it up and paint it too; they had no problem and Donnie added a very reasonable charge for this extra work. Donnie came by over the course of the 3 days the crew was at the house painting to check on things and make sure we were happy with the work. Donnie came by a few days later to check if we were happy with the job. I can say that we were very pleased with the work and the price. Donnie was very conscientious and wanted to insure we were pleased with the work. I would certainly hire Kingdom painting again.

We recently had the roof done. Decided to paint the house. Contacted Donald from Kingdom painting. He came and offered all the color sample he had with him and told us to call him when we chose the color. In the mean time also get an approval from the home owners association. Since we didn't hear anything back, we decided to go ahead and start the project. When they started the work they found that we had some problem. We had some rotten sidings. Donald and his team notified us and gave us the estimate how it will cost additional if they have to change and do the painting. They have gone above and beyond. I do not have any words to express how pretty our house look now. All the credit goes to Donald and his crew, especially Kevin who was there every single day. I would definitely recommend them.

It was really good. They did a great job. They suggested a couple of things to make it look better. I did not know they could paint the door but they suggested it. They were prompt and cleaned up when done. They were very nice and polite. I am really pleased with the job.

Donnie was very responsive to any and all questions I had and he and his team did a really good job. I had all my inside doors painted black and they really turned out beautiful. I ended up also having a concern about the texture in one of the bathrooms and he had the entire room re-tectured and it is professional quality. Donnie was very easy to work with and he goes out of his way to make sure you are pleased with the work that he and his team do. I can't say enough about how punctual the crew was and that they always cleaned up the areas they worked in before they left each evening. I highly recommend Kingdom Painting!

From start to finish first class job! As a retired Army officer and twenty year real estate broker moving from Key West...I can say that he exceeded my expectations and his entire crew was very professional, with high skill levels and was a joy to watch work....not the norm in today's world. The kitchen after removing some wallpaper uncovered a wall that had significant water damage, I asked Donnie if he had a contractor we could call...he showed up the next day....same results great job...reasonable price....hate to think of the hassle that would have been...had Donnie not been there to assist. In short if you are looking for a quality paint job from a company that gives good value, has an ownership that values integrity, and operates that way....then Kingdom is who you want.

We were interested in an Angie's List Big Deal from Kingdom Painting, but were not sure whether the allowed 2500 square feet of wall space provided in the deal would do our entire first floor. We contacted Kingdom Painting by phone and left a message. Our call was quickly returned by the owner, Donald Smith. After discussing what we wanted to accomplish over the telephone, Donnie suggested that he could come over the following morning to look at the job and give us a better idea whether the 2500 sq. ft. would cover. Donnie showed up the following day as promised. We again discussed with Donnie what we wanted to do, what colors and finishes we were thinking about and how Donnie envisioned how the job would proceed. Donnie made some suggestions on the type of finish we should consider for the various rooms. After looking at the area and taking some measurements, he said that he would paint all the rooms that we wanted at the Big Deal price, and would include three different color paints. He felt that the job would probably take three days to complete. We were very comfortable with Donnie. He had taken the time to listen to us and to answer any concerns that we had. We felt that the offer was too good to refuse and signed the proposal that he emailed to us later that day. Donnie and his crew arrived as scheduled on the following Monday morning. We discussed our preferences as to the order in which the rooms should be done and the two painters, Ishmael and Reggie, began prepping the walls and masking the trim while Donnie went to pick up the paint. The painters were very careful with our furniture and other belongings that had to be moved. They removed our window blinds and one vertical blind and placed them where they would not be damaged during their work. They were careful to place drop cloths where they were working. Best of all, they were very careful with the painting itself. We have orange peel textured walls and knockdown texture on the ceilings and, from my own experience, the corner where the walls meet the ceiling is not easy to paint. They did a fantastic job in cutting in that edge. By the end of day one, they had completed the family room, kitchen, dining room, foyer and the hallway leading to the bedroom and had started work on the office. They tidied everything up and placed the paint cans and their tools in a corner out of the traffic areas. The second day, they again arrived on time and began work promptly. In short order, they completed the office and the mudroom. By lunchtime, they had almost completed the bedroom and started on the bathroom. Amazingly, they were able to complete the job in two days, including rehanging the blinds, replacing all of the electrical cover plates, rehanging two mirrors and moving all the furniture back to its original locations. We had considered doing this job ourselves, but I am certain that it would have taken us close to two weeks and would not have looked half as good as what Donnie and his team provided. We are extremely pleased with the way our home now looks and extremely pleased as well with Kingdom Painting. We would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a painting contractor that does an excellent job and takes good care of your home and belongings.

They are excellent. They were meticulous. They were on time - very easy to work with. Finished the home in 4 days. They were very pleasant to work with. The best company I have ever used working on my home. They were very competitive as well.

All work was done quickly and efficiently. Their attention to detail was great. Minimal impact on our day-to-day activities during the job. Their price was very competitive. I was concerned since I had just had new laminate floors installed prior to the painting. There we absolutely no problems. I would definitely use them in the future.

When the company came to look at the job, they saw that we already had painters on the interior of the house, and they and my husband agreed that it would be cheaper to use the painters we already had. The man was very nice and I would not hesitate to use them at some other time or to recommend them.

Donny and his crew finished the job in one day. My husband and I painted all the walls in our house with a latex paint. We wanted the wood work and trim to be painted with Sherwin Williams Pro Classic oil based paint. When using oil based paint, there is more smell and the clean up is more difficult than when latex paint is used. So we decided to hire a professional to finish "the job". All went well and our house looks finished. Yea!

The painting service that is provided by this company is great quality. Their estimates are accurate and you can trust that they will pay attention to detail. I would definitely hire them again and will probably do so in the near future since my exterior walls need painting too. The only negative aspect that needs to be mentioned is that they neglected to put two coats of paint on particular section of my home. While this was a mistake, I do believe that it was accidental. When I called to ask about this issue I was immediately greeted with a response that was fast and flexible. They gave me the option of receiving a full refund for the hours of work that it would have taken to complete the missing task or to come out and do additional work free of charge. I opted for the refund since I had already finished the extra painting myself and they gave me no hassle about it. In the end, the way I feel is that the best of us make mistakes sometimes. What separates the professionals from the amateurs is how one fixes those mistakes and this company was highly professional about it.

Donnie Smith and his crew did a great job painting our house. He communicated promptly and efficiently; listened to what needed to be done and explained not only what the contract called for, but what various options were available with an explanation of the pros and cons as well as costs . His crew showed up timely every day and were interested in making sure that their work was the least disruptive possible (we were living in the house while the project went on) and worked with us to allow certain rooms to stay undisturbed until the last minute. We had some extra work done that was not in the contract and it was priced very fairly or, in one case, not charged for at all. At the end of the job they cleaned up nicely and Donnie inspected the house for anything that needed to be touched up and then sat down with us and went through all of the work done and materials purchased before he asked for payment.

It turned out fine. They showed up on time, did what they said they would do and they cleaned up after themselves. We have used them again already and would use them again in the future.

Donnie Smith and his crew were exceptional. It is seldom you find individuals who take pride in their work. Donnie was punctual when he showed up to discuss the project. All aspects were covered. His two workers showed up on time both days. They worked non stop and provided us with a wonderful finished project. We have already recommended Kingdom Painting to a friend. We would not hesitate to hire Donnie again for any future painting projects. The A rating throughout was more than earned.

I was really torn on how to write this review accurately as I depend on information in these reviews to help me make the best, most reliable choices and I wanted to express both sides of my experience with Kingdom. So, on one hand, the actual painting itself was great. My fiancé is incredibly perfectionistic in these things, and thought the paint job Donnie's employee did was wonderful. Donnie the owner was great about setting up the appointment and the painter got here in a timely fashion. However, afterwards the painter cleaned up at our neighbors faucet and sprayed watery paint on our outside walls and screens. We called and asked Donnie to have him come out and fix it. At this point--over the next three weeks--return calls became sketchy and after I called Donnie three times over a three week period, his painter finally called us back. He agreed to come over the next day to clean up the paint and never showed up. It's been five days since he did not keep his appointment to clean up his mess, and we haven't heard from him or Donnie. I'm really disappointed because they did a great job with the painting, and I would love to recommend them on that alone, but unfortunately a business is not just defined by their product, but by how they communicate and service their accounts.
