Description of Work: After being to our property for lawn service a large stain was left in the road in front of our home. After reviewing our security camera it was clear the stain came from the truck / driver. We contacted the company and asked the come clean the stain and advise what the stain is. Their response was that the driver didn't spill anything or use liquid fertilizer - despite the invoice listing liquid fertilizer application - and that is must of been someone that was there after them like the mailman. We contacted the company again with still photos from the security camera to show the stain was clearly from their truck / driver and again asked that they come clean and advise what the stain is. After nearly 24 hours with no reply we contacted the company again to express our disappointment in their lack of any reply. They claimed the did not receive the email with the photos so we resent it. Their reply was the driver claimed to only spill lemon water and they have never seen lemon water leave that kind of stain. We again contacted them via email and voice mail and asked them to address the stain or tell us they have no intention of cleaning the stain. Their response again was it was only lemon water and it doesn't stain like that and besides it's in the road and not on our property. We have cancelled our service and filed a BBB complain. Beware of this company. No customer service and after reviewing the video we question if we actually received what we were being billed for each month. They are argumentative and will not take any accountability even with evidence showing the stain was only from their truck / driver.
