+ -1 moreWe gave Clark's Home Improvement $3300 up front for the materials. They ordered the windows and came back 5 weeks later with the wrong size. At that time they told us they were going to return those windows but could not get the correct size. We told Brett at that time that we want a refund of our money. These windows are available in the size we need as they are very popular in this area. Since that time we have not heard back from them at all. They took our deposit and they have not returned it. They will not answer our calls or return them. We have filed a lawsuit and have a court date set for March 2015. UPDATE 4/29/2015 Went to court and won the judgement for $3840.00. Mr Clark never showed up. So much for telling the truth and standing up for yourself. I will be a lot more careful now. Also mr Clark will be getting a Citation for NO LICENSE. Also he never got a permit for the job.
Description of Work: We contracted Clark's Home Improvements to replace our porch windows.

I cannot comment really on their timelyness or not because the house is unoccupied and I gave them the key and told them I was not in a rush(this was before I realized I had a roof leak :( ). So as far as I can tell they did the work just fine in a timely fashion. I am happy with the work and I did not hear any complaints from neighbors.
Description of Work: 1. Repaired ceiling in master bedroom closet that was totally water damaged and fallen in leaving exposed rafters. The did an excellent job of putting a new peice of wall board and taping and plastering then finish sanding it over a couple of days. All I need to do is paint it now. 2. Repaired a 3x4' section of damaged plaster wall in 2nd smaller bedroom. Unfortunatly and no fault of theres the roof had a leak and this kept messing up the work. I am in contact with roofer to get the roof fixed and then I will have Clarks finish the wall. 3. Went onto my roof on three seperate occasions to get measurements and look at other things based on request from a roof products supplier I was thinking of using. This was a real lifesaver for me, I cannot go onto the roof myself without risking serious injury. They charged very small amounts for each visit and roof exploration at my request.
