We hired Carol services to restretch our entire second floor. They came and gave me a quote in just 2 days and they arrived the next week to do the job. They moved the furniture and restretched the carpet and replaced the furniture They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves

Fantastic!!!! We gave JP a description over the phone no the color and texture over the phone and he was able to match it perfect !!!! The men came to work on time and the job was completed in our 45 mins and that too was perfect...we made up our minds right then we would only use this wonderful company for ALL our home owners needs from now on!!

JP did a wonderful job with scheduling the job as a rush. We just moved from CA and wanted everything done before our furniture arrived. He and his team did it in the promised time. They were really good about cleaning up everyday. JP was very helpful on making suggestions for the baseboard and other finishing touches. He has a lot of experience with mobile homes and also worked with us to replace the front door to our unit. The floors are beautiful and we are very happy with how they turned out.

Carol Services did an excellent job at installing a luxury vinyl floor in our house. The owner, John, was honest and straightforward about options and costs, which seemed reasonable to us. We particularly appreciate that they took on a job that had been stopped soon after its kickoff, as help from flooring specialists was really needed. The installation crew led by Raul did a great job at removing old carpet, leveling the concrete floor, installing the luxury vinyl floor plus new baseboards and kitchen toe kicks and cleaning up. The crew members were very punctual, professional and among the most hard-working people that we've ever seen, covering around 1,500 sq ft of a complicated layout in less than 3 days. They helped us to move heavy appliances back to the kitchen when the job was completed although that was not required by the work agreement. The new floor looks awesome. My wife and I strongly recommend Carol Services to anyone interested in having a new floor professionally installed.

am.JP and his crew arrived on Friday the 21st of Aug. in the am as arranged. I had hemmed and hawed over having this work done and had contacted many companies as well as the big store instillation departments. Carol Services removed old carpet, patched sub flooring and installed waterproof vinyl tile through out my home. This work was done with no interruption by a crew of helpful, hardworking friendly people who were in and out with no muss or fuss. I waited a week to review but to tell the truth, I was thrilled from the first moment I opened the door and saw the finished work and the cleanliness of the site left behind. They moved all large pieces as well for an agreed upon price. I love the end results, I love the quality of the flooring and the care that they gave my home.
