We received courteous treatment, full explanations for every aspect of our project, and we passed our inspection with flying colors! We were very happy we chose Aurora Electric and Troy and his assistants were professional, hard-working, and expert in their field.

What a pleasant experience! Tom arrived on time to review the job, then provided a thorough quote (including a price breakdown so we could save by doing our own digging.) He spent a lot of time examining our whole system to insure their was sufficient power available and where it was allotted. He also spent as much time as was necessary to patiently explain what needed to be done, and what WAS done when the job was complete. He even checked a previous contractor's work and made some adjustments on it to improve safety. Honest, on-tiime, knowledgeable, and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better contractor.

He was flexible in meeting our scheduling requirements, and started & finished the job on time. He was able to get some of the materials at less than he originally quoted me, and subsequently passed along the savings to me... you don't see that too often anymore!
