Description of Work: The AC unit stop working and the thermostat was shut off. He replaced a bad board and drained the overflow of water.

+ -1 moreEverything went very well and I am pleased with Allen's and hope that I will not need a new AC for a long while.
Description of Work: The air conditioner kept shutting off and did not come back on unless a breaker was reset outside. This was a problem especially during the night. An older gentleman from Allen's came out to check, fixed the breaker, and cleaned away years worth of gunk. Now the AC works as good as new although I know it is at least 15 years old. Considering that I was afraid that I would have to replace the whole thing, Allen's did a great, honest, and cheap job. The man was thorough, conscientious, and gave me valuable advice on running the AC. I recommend this company highly.

Description of Work: When I moved into my home the air conitioner was making strange noises. I had never had central air before and had no idea what the problem was. The company came out THE SAME DAY, inspected the unit and cleaned it up. Problem solved! It would have be very easy to tell me I needed a new unit---but they didn't. They will be my A.C. service provider forever!

Description of Work: They replaced the coil in one of our air conditioners. Our home is 4,000 square feet.
