One other contractor not associated with Angi quoted $1500 for removal of 3 trees...$500/tree. Casseaux fee is based on how many truck loads of debris is removed...average cost per tree for my job was about $125 per tree...No Brainer! Based on that fee structure I was able to afford clearing the 3 struck by lightning, several with canker disease and several leaners and spindly ones. 5 stars are not enough for the quality and speed of work and high quality of service. All debris raked up after each tree felled. Lawn was free of any sticks and debris for mowing. Lawn was not torn up with use of track loader. CASSEAUX service and price exceeded expectation. You may have to be patient to wait on scheduling based on their work requests, but it will be well worth getting in line on their schedule.

I had four estimates and Steve Porter was the first to estimate, was the lowest by I/2 . They did the removal in a timely and professional manner and cleaned everything up nicely. I had a lemon tree under the dead tree and a hand pump well close enough to damage. They managed to carefully take the dead Turkey Oak out without damage. We were really pleased!

Competent, and diligent, and I would recommend them for trees and brush removal. Very good work.

I had a very large tree removed as it was a potential threat to my new roof. The guys came as scheduled, and man did they ever work hard. It was amazing to see them bring that big tree down. They did a fantastic job, I'm more than pleased with the work they performed and the great customer service. I would most definitely recommend Stephen Porter and his crew at Causseaux Tractor Work. I had three large trees removed, a few trees pruned, and a large area of land cleared from brush and small trees. I was extremely pleased with their excellent service and they completed everything in one day. And they did a great job cleaning up - leaving nothing behind. What I liked most about their service was that they did above and beyond what was requested because they saw it was needed, and they did the extras without additional cost. They even removed a few rotting stumps from my yard as they were packing up. They were friendly and professional and Steven Porter answered his phone each time I called to set up the work. The total cost was extremely reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased. I will happily be using Causseaux Tractor Works again.

We had a huge amount of trees, brush, roots and bushes to be removed from our front yard today in Alligator Point FL. We have been looking for someone that can cut trees, remove very deep roots, and have the proper equipment to do it. We also were looking for someone that is responsible, return phone calls and show up when they are supposed to since we had some bad experiences with other contractors. We are happy to say that Stephen Porter met all our requests. He is professional, respectful, his prices are good, and he answers and returns phone calls on time. He came and gave us an estimate and a week later the job is done. He is very meticulous, has attention to detail, leveled and cleaned everything perfectly! If you need someone, he is the one.
