Tri-City Painting

I ordered and requested the service on June 19. Never received any call/email/message regarding the painting of my garage. On June 26 I called Angie and requested a refund. I was told that I have to answer a few questions and fill out a form and then wait a week or two to receive a refund. This is my second purchase and was not happy about how this went and have to wait so long for my money that they will have for three week to a month and the Company never even called. NOT A HAPPY CONSUMER. RATE: F for Failure to Provide service.

I communicated via email with the provider prior to purchasing the Big Deal to insure he would pain a garage. He said he would. Once I purchased, he never contacted me to schedule. I contacted Angie's List for help. You tried to communicate with him and still I got no response. I finally asked for his direct phone number and called him today. He informed me he did not agree to do my job and has nothing to do with Angie's List.

We got 5 estimates. They were great. The quality they described was pretty amazing and much more than the others we got. She was on time and she explained the whole process. She answered all our questions. She described the quality of their services as to how things are usually done. It sounded very good. If we decide to do the painting very soon, we will call them. The estimate was around $1,100. It was very good considering the things they were going to do.

I am very pleased with the interior painting just done by Mike and his team. When I called for a quote, Mike came promptly. I then called with questions, which were answered courteously and to my satisfaction. Work was done as scheduled in the stated time. Mike and his team (Rick, Nick and Cameron) arrived on time, were considerate, and responsive to my requests. I am very particular about cleanliness. They worked neatly and left my house in good order at the end of each day. If anything was amiss, Mike had it corrected. They are skilled professionals; my home looks great! Having your home painted is a lot of work and disrupts your daily schedule, but Mike and the guys ease the pain!

Everything went great from the start to finish. They were prompt, professional and very clean. The customer service was amazing! I will never use another company again. I will highly recommend Tri-City painting to anyone looking for a great company that does wonderful work!

Great company. Prompt, tidy and very courteous and helpful employees. The project looks fantastic and has totally transformed our home. They completed the job ahead of time and Mike the owner personally did a walk through with us to check that everything was to our satisfaction. We will not hesitate to use Tri-City Painting in the future.

They were very timely and nice. They were here when they said they would be and were really perfectionists. If there was anything that we wanted redone, they would always do it for us.

They arrived on time every day. Did the job and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. When they were finished the house looked beautiful and we felt like we had a brand new home. We have recomended Tri-City painting to our friends and family and everyone we know that has used them had the same positive experience.

Our home looks like new. They showed up when they said they would and finished on time. Great job.
