et His first visit, he was on time, took my puter home with him because I could not get passed the welcome screen. He was here for at least two hours trying to fix it. Guaranteed he would get it done, and if he couldn't he would only charge me for the service call. He brought the computer back on time, It was perfect. Faster than it had been also. Plus he did set up two tablets, that I was having problems linking to the new modem that Century Link provided me after they couldn't fix it. He was here on his second visit, making sure everything was working properly, On this visit doing all the extra's that we didn't even discuss when he was here he was again here for over 2 hours. I would think he had to put over at least a minimum of six hours overall plus his travel time to my home and he just charged me what he quoted me when he took the computer out of my house. So he went beyond the call of duty, and made sure all of my additions to the main computer was working properly. If your in the Ocala Area of Florida I would use this place if I ever have additional problems.

His name is Michael Phiele. He comes to the home. He takes his time, does whatever has to be done and finishes. He can do just about anything on the computer that needs to be done. There was nothing I asked of him that he couldn't do. He does a really good job. His prices are reasonable. He only charges $60 and he comes to my home. I don't go to him. He's right there. His punctuality is very good. He's very friendly.

He went on cnet and downloaded a program to find a virus had said the pc was fast and that I did not have many programs on as I do not dud. He took a long time to fix the PC even browsed on a web site where he said he worked . During time took a smoking break after about one hour! Said the downloads where taking too long and pulled the plug on that part .then he said PC will run better if I update to more ram . Well I fell for that malarkey he went to his trunk came back in and I noticed the packaging was opened ,I asked how do you know that is 8 and not 4 he replied the PCM will tell when we reboot ...when the PCM started up he said wow look how much faster that is running ,I replied let's see the specs and golly. Gosh it was still 4 ,where Mike replied oh it must of not registered . I said I pass on the ram up grade ! When I went to pay Mike he stated that it took longer than he expected and charged me more money I kick myself I paid this fool he did nothing! Stay away from the guy! I did call Mike and requested a full refund he told me no he did his job.

Michael came to my house to fix my computer. He arrived on time and did a great job. He also installed extra memory for me. I had called a local guy before I found Michael on Angie's List and he was going to re-format my computer which meant I would lose anything that I had failed to back-up. Michael had me up and running again with no loss of any data. He did what he called a tune-up plus other clean up type things. I was VERY pleased. I would call him again without hesitation.

My friend needed help with her computer and asked me for help. I turned to Anglie's List to see what I could find. Here is the story. Due to excessive data usage with internet company that was unable to provide detail as to why I was having so much data usage, I called to have my computer checked for a virus or anything I wasn't aware of running on it. He came to my home the day I called him, promptly arriving as scheduled, and was very professional. He worked for 2 1/2 hours on 2 of my computers and the fee was $60 for the service call and $20 for the second computer. He didn't find anything, running many tests and looking at everything. He made suggestions and tuned it up providing better speed. I am happy! Not only that, he said he would be happy to speak to my internet provider to verify for me that it's not on my side!! I was so nervous looking for a computer person. It's so hard to find someone good and honest that doesn't want your right arm! I will use Michael again and refer him to everyone who needs him! I'm so grateful for Angie's List! When I didn't know where to turn, I came here. Thank you Michael and Angie's List!!

Overall went well with positive results.

I called Ocala Computer Services and explained that i needed my pictures transfered from my old computer to my new computer and that i was having problems with my email. We scheduled ab appointment for the very next day. He came out to my house, and promptly did the job and answered all of my questions, and believe me i had alot of questions. He stayed for 2 hours and was very helpful. Even though he worked for 2 hours he still only charged me $60. Just a very nice man and everything went nicely. I would highly recommend Mike at Ocala Computer Services for anyones computer work.
