We started with tree trimming but then we had them come back for tree and stump removal. They were able to get things done within a couple of days, they cleaned up after themselves including any debris that went into the street while they were grinding, they were professional, and they pretty much stuck to their estimates.

My husband and I are so glad that we used this company. We needed some trees trimmed and smaller trees removed that had grown up around our pump out back. Scott arrived and walked the property. He explained what they would do. He pointed out more trimming that we had overlooked around our power line, but honestly told us we didn't need some limbs trimmed that we thought we did. They also take care not the damage the trees they are trimming. They will come out whether you are home or not at the agreed time. We were at home, however, and saw how well they work. Two men came with their truck and equipment. Scott came with them to show them what work was to be done. After he left, the two men started. They are professional, careful, and thorough. The challenge on our property is that we have an acre lot, deep but narrow, located on a busy road. So they had to carry out the limbs they cut in the back to the front where their truck was parked. They took care to remove all limbs and brush and used a leaf blower to clean up afterward. We are extremely pleased with the work they did and will recommend them to friends. We will not hesitate to call them again if needed.

I called this company on Tuesday after Tropical Storm Lee passed through. We had some broken branches hanging out of a very tall tree in our yard. There also were some limbs resting on the roof of our house. Came to give estimate on Wednesday. Scott helped me decide which branches and limbs needed to come down and said would be able to tell if others needed to come down once they were up in the tree. Said would be by either Thursday or Friday when finished another job. They arrived Thursday afternoon and confirmed what needed to be trimmed and we also discussed trimming branches off of another tree that was touching our neighbor's fence as well as another tree with branches touching wires leading into our house. They completed all of the work in a timely manner. Made sure that they got all the limbs taken down that I wanted and even did a couple of more that seemed to be weak. We had previously had a tree taken down and the people left larger pieces of the trunk cut up in our yard. Scott said they would haul them away as well and even though they had to cut them into much smaller pieces to move them, they did not charge me any more. When they were done, all branches were put through a chipper, all debris was raked up and even used a leaf blower to clean up the scraps in the street in front of our house. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree work done. I will hire them for any other tree services that we need.

Workers arrived as stated and reviewed with us all the work which we had contracted with Scott. Proceeded with task without delay. Were friendly and courteous, even leveling off top of stump for the placement of a table top. Our yard was clean, work was above requested as they removed some dead limbs on trees we had not noticed.

Scott did a very thorough job, was pleasant and professional and even did a few "extras" of stump grinding for us. We would use and recommend him again.

From the moment I called, they were friendly and professional and did the job right. Some of the branches were dangerously close to my house and they removed them easity without touching a thing. once the bulk of the tree was removed, they called the power/ water company to have them mark lines before the stump was dug up.

He came out to give me an estimate and did the job the same day which I thought was pretty neat. He did a great job and cleaned up very well. I saw his advertisement in the paper. He came out after I talked to him. He was pretty good and he seemed to care for his work. He was prompt and I would use him again in future.

Scott came promptly to give me a proposal with cost. He called all the utilities to mark their lines before he would begin work. He came to work when he said and was very efficient, completely the work and cleaning up each day, cutting down the tree on day 1 and removing the stump on day 2. His equipment was relatively small, but effective, so there was no damage to any hard or soft ground surfaces. I am delighted with the results.

I called Scott (company owner) on Monday afternoon for an estimate; he answered the phone and agreed to come for an estimate the next day. He arrived on time and provided a thorough assessment of the project task (removing shrubs and trees and grinding stumps), including suggestions for how to landscape the yard after tree service/grinding was performed. Very professional and thorough; no BS. The estimate he gave me was approximately 40% lower than a competing bid and his assessment of the project was more thorough. It was an easy choice to go with Professional Stump and Tree Removal; we arranged for the job to be completed on Thursday. Scott arrived with one helper as scheduled at 9:00 on Thursday morning. They immediately started unloading equipment (chainsaws and stump grinder) and were at work within the hour. Despite a very hot early summer day, all trees/shrubs were cut by noon. Scott and Tyler loaded onto a trailer all the cut wood (and associated greens), plus a bunch of old dead wood and transported all of the material to a local landfill. They returned within the hour and spent the afternoon grinding all stumps (new and pre-existing), pulling vines and residue from the remaining trees, and spreading mulch around the yard. The work was fast, high quality, and done at a great price. I can't recommend Professional Stump and Tree Removal highly enough. Scott told me they service both Okaloosa and Santa Rosa Counties.
