Norman Kotlewski

If we need anything at anytime, we call Norman. If it’s a problem area and if he has somebody who is working for him right then, he might be able to have him help us with it or he will recommend somebody to us. He is just kind of a special person that we always go back to. He has taken care of our heating and cooling and plumbing needs in the past. We are very satisfied with his work that is why we keep calling him back. If I am interested in quality, above and beyond for what is required, then Norman would be my person because he takes an extreme interest and pride in the work that he does. He told us this as we were first talking to him. He said the way he conducts business is that he wanted to make sure that when he has finished building somebody a home, he wants to make him his friend. That has worked very well and that’s standard. He is quality and reliable and he takes care of the men who work for him. When we run into a problem and if we call Norman, we know he is going to have someone that he has confidence in, to send to us. His quality, reliability, honesty and integrity are very good. I think he is very fair and reasonable. I would love to use him again in the future. If we were building a home, I would do just about whatever it takes to get him to build a home for us.
