Brian was professional, prepared, and thorough. He took his time to figure out the mistake made previously in programming the thermostat incorrectly. That thorough investigation and the correction alone made saved hundreds of dollars in electricity usage. He cleaned up, tightened, replaced, and repaired whatever was done poorly by another technician. And all this was done with a smile, good humor, and a reasonable price! He gets an A++!

I called Better Heating and Air Conditioning and Brian came the same evening to see what our problem was and to give us an estimate. The next morning we had the detailed estimate in our hands, and by day two our new system was being installed. Brian promised us we would have air before he left and we did! He was very precise with every detail of the installation, extremely courteous and kept us updated on how it was going. It was wonderful knowing we were in such good hands with someone who cares. I know you read this a lot & sometimes you wonder if it is true, but I never write reviews, trust me on this one! But I am forced to, as the experience I had with this company has given me hope that there are great companies out there. So, I called my long time A/C repair company & told them my A/C system was dead. They came out & told me the unit had frozen up. This also occurred 3 months before. At that time they added freon ($500) & said it was good to go. This time they told me it was frozen up but they suggested I put in a new system. I decided to get a second opinion. I called Brian at Better Heating & Cooling & the next day he came out. He told me the unit was frozen but he wanted to find out why. It took him about an hour & he proceeds to tell the cause. Since I have a 3 zone system, if one of the zones is accidentally lowered to cool at a far lower temp than the others, it will cause the system to freeze. So, Brian identified the problem but the unit needed to be replaced as the condenser had rusted out due to the leaking. He educated me & you could see he was not focused on a fast buck. Brian came back a week later with a great assistant & the two of them professionally installed the new system & also remedied the duct work. They also added 3 eco bee and 4 smart thermostats. I highly recommend Brian!

He was on time very professional . They also put a cover for the floor because it was raining. He call a few days later to check and make sure everything was working good. I will recommend this company again.

He replaced my A/C and heating unit. The clean up was great...no mess. Didn't try to sell me what I don't need. We chose him and prices were on the lower end. Impeccable service. Called for a follow up, since my new unit was loud. He came out and made the correction and it is fixed. He also included a service warranty.
