Instead, this is what happened: 4/14/18 - sent a message via Angie's List to Gary Winners briefly outlining my project and asking about interest level and an opportunity to receive a quote. 4/16/18 - followed-up with a phone call, apparently bad connection, but Gary promised to call back later 4/17/18 - never received a reply to my message or phone call

 + -1 moreWe were so happy with Gary's work in our master bathroom that we decided that anytime we needed tile installed that we wouldn't do it ourselves anymore. That we would call Gary. He is quick, professional and meticulous.
Description of Work: Gary installed the tile floor in our family room. But, this was the third time we hired Gary to install tile for us. The first time we hired him to tile our shower and the floor in our master bathroom. The second time we called Gary to install tile flooring in our great room.e purchased the tile and the grout for each job, and then had Gary install it.
