TY'S TREE SERVICE

Our property was significantly impacted by Hurricane Irma. We had (2) 50+ft Sycamore trees that were uprooted and at risk of falling onto our home. We also had a very large Live Oak tree that was snapped. The Oak tree had very long branches that stretched out over the home. All three trees had to be removed and it was a big job. Ty brought in his crew of about (6) individuals along with a boom truck, a very large dump truck and a bobcat. To watch them work was impressive. The owner, Ty was on hand and managed the entire project. It was a full days work. I was very glad that I chose this company for the job. I do not believe I could have done better with anyone else. By the end of the day all (3) trees were down and all debris was hauled off. They even hauled off the unrelated debris from the storm. True professionals - I highly recommend and would use again.

Ty's Tree Service was scheduled to arrive at 9 AM. At 10:30 AM I called to inquire why they were 1 1/2 hours late and asked them why they did not call to advise of the change of schedule. I had changed my schedule to be here while the work was being done. They said that they would get to us today and that they had a truck full that had to be dumped. They did not address the question of being late or no calling to advise that they would be late. They assumed that it would be okay to do the work without anyone being here. I advised them that their services were no longer needed and they did not seem upset that they had lost my job.
