Description of Work: Was having problems with obtaining Internet connection with my home PC. Tim arrived before our scheduled appointment after calling me to advise he could come early if it wasn't a problem. Tim spent a great deal of time trying to get my computer straightened out without much luck. Took the time to contact my Internet provider and explain the problem and go through several scenarios to work it out. An appointment was made with a provider technician who responded the next day and checked the system and replaced my modem and still there was no connection to the Internet. Tim returned on Friday, May 3rd for a second attempt to get the computer working properly without success. He took my computer over the weekend and returned on Tuesday, May 7th. Again he arrived prior to our scheduled appointment time after first calling me. Tim had streamlined and made my computer more user friendly by installing and configuring all common programs, multi-media and players. Additionally, he installed and configured a better security package that is free. He also removed several viruses from the PC. Tim set up my PC and made sure everything was running properly. He identified some programs he was not able to download, i.e. Quicken, Sony PMB, etc., and explained what had to be done. Tim advised that if I had any questions or further problems to call him any time. My computer is running faster and smoother than it has since it was new. I'm very pleased with Tim "The Computer Wizard" and would recommend him to anyone having computer problems.

Description of Work: My laptop was running extrtemely slow and that is the reason I called Tim. When he got here he got right to work checking all kinds of things I didn't even know were there. Asked me about something before he removed or changed it. Installed a better virus protection program and tweaked some of my programs. He answered all kinds of question I had. As he did something he checked itnoff on a list. Left that with me so I knew what exactly he did. He removed all things unnecessary on the pc. Very happy with the entire process!

Description of Work: Tim has been working on our computers for several years and has always done an outstanding job. He usually comes within 48 hours or less always on time knowledgeable and courteous. Sometimes he can even give you advice on what to do by email. He is definitely someone I feel comfortable in my home and i highly recommend him.
