Suncoast gave me the best price estimate out of 3 estimates for cutting down a palm tree and removing the stump. When the contractor gave me the estimate, he pointed out that he would cut the palm down by cutting it in foot long sections and lowering it to the ground. Instead, he cut the palm at the base and brought the whole trunk down then cut the trunk into 1 foot sections. However, he brought the whole trunk down over a sprinkler line that subsequently broke. (It left an indentation in the lawn). We have been unable to water the lawn and won't be able to until the line is repaired. Contractor did not do what he said he would do, resulting in property damage and therefore, added expense and time.

We watched them taking down a tree next door and they seemed to be very careful. They took the stump out and sodded. It looked great. We knew we needed some work done so we went over and talked to them. They came to our house the same day. They cleaned up really nice next door. .
