I called for a roof repair and was scheduled right away. (I understand this is unusual because roofing companies want to send an "estimator" out then schedule the repair.) Everyone was friendly and pleasant. The repair was done quickly and for a great price. Thank you to all.

Many of the roofers were not able to come and take care of a leak - they first wanted to come and "estimate" the cost then make an appointment to return and repair. Who has time for all that? I had a leak!!! Stricklands was able to come to the house the next day. He repaired the leak and even fixed a shingle that was sticking straight up. It was refreshing that a company was all about "taking care of the client." Many thanks Strickland.

Strickland removed more roof than could be protected when heavy rains flooded the exposed roof of the building. According to his insurance company -North Point ,Strickland Roofing's coverage does not include damage to private property damage during roofing operations. " This policy does not provide any coverage whatsoever for "property damage" to buildings, structures, fixtures, or contents thereof resulting from damages or loss caused by rain, snow, hail or other natural conditions or elements during or in any way connected with roofing operations or activities of the insured." We incurred $11,845 in damages and a mold problem resulting from Strickland Roofing (Kevin Strickland) poor judgement in the replacement of the roof.

They were very thorough and made sure I was completely satisfied. Would recommend them highly.

Everything went as planned, showed up on time, did the work in good time, cleaning up after the job was finished. Will use them for all my roofing need.
