Saylor's Masonry

Misrepresented himself as an experienced full time contractor. Not the case. He has another day job, he was not committed to my job. He immediately started complaining that it was underbid, although we met and reviewed the plans before beginning, he never rebid any changes. He paid himself from the draws and ran short to pay the subs to complete the job. He never accounted for over 3500.00 in money paid to him. The job is 2 months behind the estimated completion date. I am left to finish the job and pay the subs with the last draw that I withheld however it does not cover the cost and I have to make up the difference. Even his own masonry work was done very sloppy and inaccurate. I would not hire him again or recommend his services.
