Description of Work: Gave an estimate, but we chose another company as Dave did not do a very thorough investigation. He did a very nice job of explaining what would be done for termites but missed checking the attic. Another companies inspector found rat infestation in the attic.

+ -1 moreI DIDN'T WANT TO TENT THE PLACE, WHICH IS HOW I GOT INTERESTED IN THEIR PEST CONTROL. THEY TOLD ME HOW THEY DO IT AND THAT THE TENANT CAN STAY IN THE HOUSE WHILE THEY DO IT. THE PRICE WAS SURPRISINGLY LOW, CONSIDERING WHAT THEY DID. ONCE THEY PUT THE STUFF ON YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT DOING IT AGAIN.

Description of Work: HAD A RAT IN MY KITCHEN BEHIND THE REFRIG. HE CAME WITHIN 2 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER. SELECTED THEM BECAUSE THEY ADVERTISED FOR REMOVAL OF RODENTS AND ON ANGIE'S LIST. SET SOME POISON. HE LEFT ME HIS CELL PHONE IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS. THEY SCHEDULED ANOTHER APPT. TO COME BACK IN 3 DAYS TO REMOVE THE DEAD RODENT. VERY RESPONSIVE TO MY NEEDS AND PROMPT. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

I was especially pleased with the fact that they did not use tents to get the job done. They were very prompt and efficient. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again!
