We found them on Angie's List and they were excellent. They were incredible. They used the exact same material as a major home furnishing retailer that quoted me an astronomical amount of money. It's nice that Rod Runners had competitive prices. It was not even a third of the price and they had the exact same material and same company.

It went flawlessly. The shutters and beautiful and the installation is perfect. Would recommend to anyone who needs shutters or window treatments. The owners are extremely nice and very accommodating.

Everything couldn't have gone better. These people are great to work with and are more than accomodating in what you want. I forgot to order for one room and am now waiting for them to come in and when they do, I know the installation will be as good as the first three rooms. Great people to do business with. On time, reasonable and personable.

They were excellent. They did living room shutters for some of the new windows we just got done. They were great. I had used Rod Runners 15 years before Angie's list was even around and when I was trying for shutters I just went back to the same company. My mother years ago had recommended them to me. They had done work at her house and my house, and I think it is a husband and wife team, and they are just really into it. They are on time. Their price was on the high side, but it is what we wanted and so it was okay.

Wow - phenomenal hassle-free experience. One of the best in our total renovation. Mary is awesome. She showed up prepared with sample books, examples, and design style ideas. She is so knowledgable, not just about the products, manufacturers, and design, but also about functionality and using the window treatments to create desired effect and overcome our issues with direct sunlight to create the perfect balance between both light and privacy. She wasn't a sales person - she was a trusted consultant - and we could not be happier with the end result. We renovated this entire house and at the housewarming party a half dozen people commented on our custom Nantucket Privacy Sheers that are in our front living room. You wouldn't think blinds would be a talking point at a party but they were! The last time I bought a home I went to Penny's for window treatments - what a mistake! Mary was able to consult with us on our needs, show us products we didn't even know existed, took all the measurements, and did the install for LESS than what Penny's would charge without all of the consultation and install. We stopped by the Rod Runner's show room when Mary was on a consult but Dana was working. Mary was so organized Dana was able to pull our file and walk us through the showroom showing us samples and making suggestions based on Mary's notes. Mary worked within our budget and I never thought I could be so happy with blinds. The installer was the icing on the cake - he was great. Meticulous work and a great finished product - nice guy too, enjoyed talking with him. This guy is so good he has installed the blinds in some of the highest profile homes in the Tampa Bay area - think business titans and professional athletes - a quality installer for quality blinds. Overall, we could not be happier with Rod Runners. Maybe they don't have the most ratings on Angie's List but do yourself a favor and at least call Mary. She will give you the personal attention you deserve, take the burden of measurement and install off you, all for less than what you'd pay at a big box retailer.

They are the most professional. They work is great. They got everything done in a timely manner, especially since it was during the holidays. The valences are just gorgeous, and worth every penny. Mary is just amazing, she is so fantastic. I had a problem with one shade that seemed faulty. She was there the same day I called, took the shade out, had it repaired, and I had it back in less than week.

It was a good experience. The person who came to work fixed the appointment a week and half before. He showed up on time and I did not have to be present here. He left the bill when he finished. The price was good. Everything was excellent.

They are great. It is owned by a couple. Mary was the one who worked with me. They were personable and easy to talk to. They were prompt with their appointments. She worked really hard to get exactly what I wanted.
