Vito, our home inspection arrived on-time and briefly explained the inspection process to the Realtor and Buyer. He then spent 3 hours completing a very thorough inspection. He was very friendly and did not hesitate to answer questions. When he finished, he verbally summarized his findings and then he spent 1/2 hour walking us through everything "showing" us what he had already commented on. When the report arrived (same day), it was complete and accurate. Bonus info included make/models of all appliances with possible recall notices.

The inspector arrived with no ladder to inspect the roof even though when I made the appointment told them it was a 3 story townhouse. He had to wait for a pole with a camera to brought on site. I asked to follow him during the inspection, he said no that he would go over it when done. He seemed more interested in impressing my real estate agent then helping me. He did email me the report quickly and it looked thorough. I had some questions afterwards, tried to contact by email and phone on several occasions only 1 time did they return my call. He missed several things that should have been easily seen including a $1600 repair of my exterior stucco wall. I have had several inspections before and this was by far the worst. They make you sign a release form before the inspection which absolves them from any mistakes during the inspection. Avoid

Excellent! Vito Bianca was very thorough and very professional. He was very helpful in explaining his findings and giving suggestions and solution recommendations. After a thorough walk through with Vito he sent his findings in writing by end of day. We would highly recommend using this company.
