it went great, tech was friendly, informative offered insite to my questions and was more than willing to spend needed time to discuss outcome of inspection.

i had looked at the home 3 times and he showed me things i did not see on my own, and explained each, how serious or not and how to deal with each . worth every $. easy to talk to and made it all easy to understand.

I'm extremely happy to have had Will Shaffer do both of my home inspections while searching for my first house. Nobody wants to have to do more than one, but because of thorough, honest, and accurate inspecting, Will helped me to avoid what could have been some very costly mistakes as a first-time home buyer. I should disclaim that this wasn't through any form of councel, but rather a detailed walk through and an easy to read report. As a result of that, my eyes were opened to a new list of potential issues that helped guide me in my selection process moving forward. We've just completed an inspection on a second home, and I'm happy to report that I've found a home in great shape that I can actually afford. Great! Rob arrived before me and had already been up on the roof and was getting ready to start the interior inspection. He was professional, personable and took his time to fully explain everything and show us what's important, like the main water valve shut off. He was thorough in explaining what he saw and in easing any concerns we might have. This market is very hot so it was a huge plus that we were able to get the inspection scheduled so quickly. We called on Wednesday and they scheduled us for Thursday AM. Would absolutely recommend these folks without hesitation.

Jason arrived a bit before the scheduled time. Pleasant, professional, and explained what he was looking for and why, he pointed out what he observed, taking pictures as he went along. He answered any and all questions I had happily, with a smile on his face. Clearly takes pride in his work. He broke a personal record in inspecting this house, being a house built in 1905! The oldest house he has ever inspected! Received the thorough/detailed inspection report that same evening as promised. Definitely recommend Rock Solid and will use them again! :)

During his verbal on-site report he was professional in his delivery of his findings, pointing out areas of concern as well as mentioning positive aspects of the home. While some of the "issues" would have concerned many buyers Vito was calming and let everyone present know which items were minor and what needed immediate attention (and why). His written report arrived as promised and was clear, easy to read and items of concerns documented well in the report photos
