Rock Solid Home Inspections

We ordered an inspection and 4 point & Wind mitigation and were very satisfied with the service Rock Solid Home Inspections provided. The responsiveness and service was incredible and imperative given our tight deadline. The inspection was very accurate and thoroughly done, and gave us all the information we needed. As a foreign investor I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs professional inspections.

The inspection was conducted in a very timely and professional manner by the inspector Brian Robinson. Brian was very thorough in his inspection that was conducted in a 2-3 hour time frame. He was responsive to my questions during the inspection and provided a thorough debrief of his finding prior to his departure. The final report was delivered by e-mail in less than 12 hours after the inspection with a complete write up with pictures and recommendations.

The inspection was on a custom home.The name of the inspector is Vito Bianca, Rock Solid Home Inspection. As a female realtor, sometime I have concern been in a vacant property. Vito was very professional, and very thorough with all the inspections, and in explaining his findings. Fabulously well - Vito was professional, courteous and happy to explain his findings patiently to someone who knows nothing of the nuances of house-structure. He was punctual and thorough and a delight to work with and he clearly takes pride in what he does. The report was provided within 18 hours and had annotated pictures with detailed commentary that he had walked me through in-person to explain further.

Charles was awesome! He was on-site early. Polite, courteous, thorough and and Charles made sure I understood what he was testing, the results and possible fixes for cosmetic issues. The report was detailed, with descriptions and pictures of potential issues or those items in working order; it was more than I expected. Well worth the price for a thorough inspection I can trust! The owner called me on a Sunday evening and scheduled inspection for next day. Will came out on time and spent almost 3 hours inspecting. He pointed out several major and a number of minor concerns. He was friendly and attentive to detail.

Very professional, took pictures of everything he looked at even took his boots off before coming in house. Inspection report ready within hours of completion. Did such a thorough job previous home owners asked for his card so they could hire him for their home inspection.

Robert was punctual, thorough, and professional. The report was delivered the same day complete with pictures supporting his findings. He found several major issues that we would have not been aware of on our own. He checked the Roof, Electric, HVAC, Plumbing. He even went in the attic spaces and up on the roof of this 2-story.
