The job was done efficiently and was great service. They drove to were I was and fixed it quickly. It was very good service I would happily use again if needed. Price was cheaper than auto repair shops that I compared with.

Scott answered the phone on a holiday, came out the next day to get my window closed and then returned 2 days later when the needed part came in to repair the power window with no extra charge for the 2nd trip or the Holiday call. Will use again if I need windows repaired

I found Scott many years ago, and he fixed the window on my 94 Mustang. I kept his information all of these years, and when the window stopped working in my Lincoln, he is the first, and only person I called upon. Just like the first time, he arrived when he said he would, fix the problem and he charges were fair.

Phenomenal! Scott returned my call shortly after I left a message - late afternoon on a Sunday! He would have come immediately but needed a part and the stores were not opened until the next morning. As I had to go to work at noon I requested an early appointment. Scott came even earlier than he thought he could, and after a 1 hour drive. The window was fixed with expert precision with the smashed regulator being replaced, the exact problem Scott had diagnosed over the phone.

He fixed it expertly at half the price I would have paid at the dealer. it's working perfectly and I would refer him to anyone that needs this service. I certainly will contact him again if I need this type of repair ( for a lock or window). thanks Scott
