One of my power windows on my Honda Pilot broke (actually heard a pop) while putting the window up. This was on my way to work and it was going to rain that day. So we looked on Angie's List and chose Power Up Auto. When I called, I reached a recording that gave me the option to either get an immediate response or to leave a leave a message that would be returned within 30 minutes. I left a message and within 20 minutes, I received a call from Scott Simons. Scott promptly provided me with a quote to fix two windows (another of my windows wasn't working -wouldn't go down). Scott came to where I work right on schedule - before the rain - and quickly fixed the windows. I was very impressed with how quickly he fixted both windows. He had them both fixed in under an hour! I did not get other quotes for comparison since I really just wanted to get the window fixed before the rain came. So I can't really say whether or not the amount I paid was competitive. But the convenience of having him come to me when it was convenient for me was well worth the cost. It saved me a lot of time running around to drop the SUV off, get a ride to work and go back later to pick it up. Time is worth a lot!

It went very well. He called last night to confirm his appointment and called 30 minutes before to let me know he was on the way. The repair was quick and the windows works great. Quite a painless process. The fact that my car was in my own garage the whole time and I did not need to go anywhere was a great advantage as I work from home.

The motor for the driver's side window stopped working on my Ford Mustang. I was stuck with my window 3/4 of the way up. This happened on a Friday. I called Powerup auto on Saturday. Scott informed me that he was not available until Tuesday, due to possible jury duty. I gave him my phone number and he was going to call me after he found out about the jury duty on Monday. Later in the day (Saturday),he called and asked about coming to my home on Sunday and doing the job. I was thrilled, and he did indeed come to my home on Sunday morning and replaced the window motor in my drivers side door. Scott was very personable and very professional. He quickly performed the repair. I was thrilled that my window was fixed, and I woouldn't have to worry about the window being open when going to work on Monday. I would definitely use this company again, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My fiance called and made an appointment and the service was completed the next day. My fiance said he was very professional and charged a fair price (he had looked up what the motor cost). Would reccommend him and also use him in the future if needed.

power window was broken....I WENT TO angies list and called power-up because of good reviews....I couldnt have picked a better company....He arrived on time and replaced with new motor in door within 45 min.....Price wasghe @ 240.00 as opposed to local dealerships @ $400.00.....

We called Scott the next morning and he responded promptly. He came out to our home and repaired both windows. We were very impressed with his skill and his professional demeanor. We would highly recommend this company both for the convenience of not having to have our car tied up during repair and the efficient manner in which the work was performed.

I actually found Power Up Auto on Angie's List. I called them at approximately 10:30 am on a Saturday morning and left a message. They called me back within 30 minutes, gave me an estimate, and arrived about 45 minutes later. The repairman was named Scott. He identified the problem and replaced the motor within 20 minutes, for the amount I was quoted in the estimate over the phone. Friendly and courteous service was given. I am very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.
