It went great. Scott was awesome, arrived on time, pleasant to work with, quoted a decent price and did a great job with the repairs both times, even came to my workplace to do the second repair. I was very pleased with the quick response to my needs.

Called Scott from Power Up Auto at 10:00 in the morning, after a check on inventory parts and a call back we scheduled for him to come around 1:00pm. Showed up on time I was few minutes late. He called me to check my status, the car was unlocked so he started the job. I arrived just a few minutes later and he was already at it. He fixed what I attempted to do (2010 Dodge Avenger window regulator) which became more than I bargained for and did a great fast job. Very reasonably priced and very knowledgeable in this field of work. Friendly and a straight shooter, to the point no BS. I will certainly call him again should the need arise.

I had used Scott before and called him again for this job. Two cars had power window problems. Scott determined the issues and did the repairs. In my phone conversation with him before he came, he gave me an estimate of the cost, and he was right on. I think it took him less than an hour to do the jobs. Friendly man who knows his stuff and is honest and up front. Bless his kind and God give us more like him! I highly recommend.

Scott at Power Up Auto was right on time, had the exact part and everything working within 20 minutes. He had to take the interior door panels off and change hardware, but with his knowledge and tools made it look easy. Thanks Scott!

I called him late afternoon on Friday with the driver's window not able to go up or down. He arrived bright and early Saturday morning before I was up and started to work immediately. He repaired the window and I had him repair the right rear one as well, as it was non-operative for some time. Forty-five minutes later he was done and was able to take my credit card for payment. The fact that he came to the house and I did not have to go to some shop was a great incentive. I have used Scott before and will certainly use him again.

Our rear passenger power window suddenly broke while we were in another city. We were able to rig it to stay shut until we returned home to have it fixed. The following day was a rainy day, our car is garage kept so we waited until after my husband got home to make any calls. We emailed Scott and within 30 minutes he called. We explained what happened and he said he could be here first thing in the morning to fix it. (he had fixed a window on another vehicle of ours 9 years ago). The next morning he arrived promptly at 7:45. He had our car fixed in less than 30 minutes. We were extremely pleased with the entire process and will most definitely call Scott again with any future window issues with all of our cars, although I hope we don't have any issues any time soon lol. Scott diagnosed the problem and said that he had to order the part. He called to order the part before he even left my house. He said that he could come back on Saturday morning to complete the job. Scott called Friday evening to verify that Saturday was still good and he showed up right on time Saturday morning. It took about 30 minutes to complete the job. Fair price and great customer service.

It went well. Called and came out to the house promptly - I think it was the next day - and discovered the problem was not with the power window motor but was with the power window switch. Ordered the part and was back that same week to fix the window. Quick work, fair price, convenient to have him come to my house. I would definitely use again!

The first thing you notice are the business hours--5 a.m. thru 10 p.m. I knew right away I was going to be working with someone who does busy the d fashion way, "The customer comes first."The first time he came out he ran into technical problems, but he kept working at fixing my tailgate. After about three hours and using all the technologies available to him, we both called it quits. Later that night I get a call saying he has a few more ideas he wanted to try. He came back the next day ( even though I had already paid him), put in a couple of more hours and got me up and running. On another occasion I called him again to fix another electrical issue. Although he wasn't successful, he did not charge me for the labor or the custom parts he ordered. I will continue to use this company for all my power window needs!

Just found out they are on Angie's list, so I am writing this review. Power Up - Keeps accurate appointment times, provides different options to choose from, guarantees work, keeps records for past work in case I misplace invoice. Owner-Installer is highly knowledgeable specialist and always has the right replacement parts so it is done at one time. Also Power Up does the work for the quoted price, no shenanigans! We have used power up on different cars we have owned over the years because car window mechanisms just break or stop working over time. They show up on time and do a great job, saving money and time from going to the Automobile Dealer.

Scott was very professional and punctual. More importantly, he was able to fit me in within a few hours of contacting him. I would use his services in the future without hesitation.

Scott Simons asked a few questions on the first phone call and got right to what proved to be the actual problem. He gave me an estimate and came to fix the window in 4 hours time. He repaired it quickly and was professional the entire time. He knows his trade. I would use him again without hesitation.

I called Scott late afternoon 3/24 and explained my problem. I gave him the make and model of the car so he could research replacement parts. Scott called me back in 15 minutes with 3 options and costs so I could make a decision. He ordered the part I requested and it arrived at his office late Thursday 3/27. Scott called me and arranged to come to my house the next day. And, he called 30 minutes before his arrival to make sure it was still convenient for me. Scott was totally professional and had the window repaired in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely recommend Power Up Auto to all my friends.

He came to my apartment.......he was absolutely wonderful. I hung out and chatted and he showed me what I needed and gave me choices......then as fast as I could go up stairs and back, he was done. He showed me how the window part (HUGE THING IT WAS) and how it worked. Very nice....very professional......I HOPE I don't have to use him again, but if another window fails....I won't wait 5 months like I did before, I'll call him straight away.

Used Angies List and called Scott, who diagnosed the problem over the phone. He checked on the part needed and gave me options between manufacturer on replacement or less expensive after-market replacement. Scott took a down payment to order the part, called when it was received a couple of days later, came over to my house within the hour and made quick work of the repair, much to my satisfaction. I found Scott to be professional, amiable, and capable and would indeed recommend him and Power Up Auto for this type repair.

He was pleasant on the telephone, quick to make an estimate, and arrived within the time period specified. Unfortunately, he never did the work, because before we could review the needed repairs, he voiced a psychological diagnosis of my "problem." I was shocked and hurt. He has every right to think what he might, but when I was providing a service I never would have dared call a customer what he called me. This behavior on his part does not match the other reviews here. I hope his blunder was a one time thing.

My power window suddenly stopped working on my way home on April 03, 2013. I called Power Up Auto the next morning and he came before 7am the morning after the call to roll up the window for me. Ford has stopped making the passenger side motor and he could not locate any motor on such short notice. He called me within a week that he was able to find a motor for my car and put the new motor in on April 11, 2013. I can only recommend Power Up Auto I had a great experience and received quality work.

He was on time and it was quickly fixed to the agreed upon solution and price, with an Angie's List discount. I would recommend this company to anyone with power window problems

The rear window was rolled down and would not roll up, this happened on a Friday evening. Called and left a message, Scott responded within 30 minutes. He said he could come out on Saturday afternoon. He showed up about 1:30 PM and got the window working. I'm very happy with the work that was done. Will call Scott again should I ever have this problem again.

Late Friday afternoon the window on the driver?s side of our van went down but wouldn't come up... we called Scott around 5pm and told him about our problem, we thought we might have to wait until Monday, but Scott said he could do it late afternoon on Saturday, and could give us a time around 2pm on Saturday... Scott gave us an option between two replacement motors, difference besides price was length of warrenty. Scott called around two and said he would be at our site at 4pm... Scott also called a little before 4pm to tell us he was on the way... Scott very quickly removed the broken window motor, replace it, adjusted the new slides and lubed the window gaskets... Work was done at our home... Scott took our credit card for payment after the work... We are thankful that we didn't have to wait till Monday; there wasn't an upcharge for him working on Saturday.

David came out right on time and proceeded to get right to work. Upon removing the inside door panel, he mentioned someone had replaced the motor and regulator before, due to cheap replacements parts...these were not "original." As things proceeded, he ran into problems caused from the previous installer's lack of attention to detail. He stuck with it though and finally got all working right. I would recommend Power Up Auto and Scott or David for any power window replacement.
