I called this company about solar power panel.John Imperante shows up 1 late for the appointment, inspected my house and gave me an estimate of $38000 with a promise of $20000 rebate from Teco.They needed $500 deposit to insure that I am 100% interested in this project which I was but only if they can insure the rebate from Teco. John gave me his word that if the rebate was not issued the deposit will be refunded.I did not get the rebate, I called their office every other day for the past 3 months, Teresa answered the phone every time, I had to explained to her every time what my issue was. every time she transfer me to a different person which never answered nor returned my call.every poor customer service, never returned my calls, refund was never issued.I do not recommend this company to anyone.don't waist your timeOther people names that Teresa transfer me to are Robert Palmetto John Imperante and Martin Rubino neither one of them returned my calls. Ian out $500.I will take aditional steps to tarnish this company name and I send a letter to BBB.

Terrible customer service, no response and no work done.

It was a weird thing. I am a school teacher. They said they were offering a free service to school teachers. I made an appointment and they came. They told me all the stuff that I needed to do to the house and it was many, many, many thousands of dollars. It was stuff like putting some aluminum stuff in the attic. These things were eight, nine, or ten thousand dollars. They said that they would submit some kind of report to me on the energy efficiency of my dwelling. It never came. I have called their number, but they have not called me back. I got the feeling that the fact I didn't want to just jump right into all that turned them off. It was like they just ran out of here. They told me what I needed to do, but I wasn't up for that. I thought they were going to tell me something about new windows or whatever but everything they said were solar panels or new air conditioning. Nothing was anything low tech at all. It was all big money. They gave me several totals. One was for 6 new windows and that was going to be $12000.00. The film stuff to be put up against the roof of the house in the attic was going to be about $7000.00 with the air vents in the roof as well. I just didn't expect anything like that. It was kind of a high pressure sales approach. They were prompt as far as being on time. I thought it was a scam. I called the Education Foundation because Planet Green Group said that they had been sent through them. I told the Education Foundation that these people did not seem reliable to me. They came and gave me an energy efficiency rating and left after I didn't want to spend $8000.00 on the house and I never heard from them. They said they were going to send me some kind of a report but it never came. I told them I was a teacher and I didn't make that kind of money to throw around for energy. I didn't get a chance to see what their product was like because I never got a chance to actually see it upfront. They might have had some decent stuff, but it just was extremely overpriced. Their prices were astronomical. They were on time. They were so pressurizing that I didn’t think it was professional.
