Gary did a fantastic job. He was on time and inspected the entire property and included the wind mitigation inspection free. He pointed out several items that needed repair and explained everything in a way I could understand. I was provided a beautiful computerized report that had photos of the entire condo and the problem areas. I would definitely recommend Pinnacles services.
