+ -1 moreAwesome experience!! I needed someone to do a housecleaning and gave very short notice. Marquise got back to me promptly and was extremely flexible when setting up a date and time to come clean the house. The pricing was agreed upon prior to their arrival and there were no surprises. The Team was very detailed and a pleasure to do business with. The house looks amazing and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. On another note, in the process of cleaning Marquise found a ring I had been searching for forever under our couch. Sincere thanks for recovering! I will surely be hiring them again and would highly recommend them. Thank you One Touch!

+ -1 moreIt didn't. This was more than a year ago, so there may have been a service improvement. Hope so.
Description of Work: Provider was late When I called to inquire about the delay, he said he didn't know he was scheduled because his log book had been stolen 3 weeks prior, and it was my responsibility to ensure he would be coming on the appointment day. Think it was his responsibility to at least call Angie's within that 3 week time and all customers could be alerted. Called Angie's and was refunded my special $75. Good luck!

+ -1 moreIt was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I had certain places in the carpet that I really wanted to get clean. He did the best he could but he never said that in order to do that, he would have to use some other machine. I was very disappointed that those spots didn't come up. He just sort of gave it a once over, which was okay but not what I had hoped. It didn't meet my expectations. If there was a need for additional fluids or additional price, it would have been good to have known a price but he didn't seem interested.
Description of Work: I used One Touch Cleaning for carpet cleaning.

+ -1 moreWe had an agreed upon time to have the carpet cleaned. I drove across town to house, and when I get there he calls and pushes the time back. At 12:45 PM I hadn't gotten the warning call that they were on their way. I called them and he said the technician had tried to call me, and since he didn't reach me went out the New Port Richie. We scheduled for the next day, and when I called him the following day he says I was never on the schedule. I had to hire someone else to do the cleaning.

+ -1 moreHe wasted my time on the phone. I found him to be unprofessional. I changed my schedule around to work with the appointment.
Description of Work: My initial form of contact with One Touch Cleaning was through an email about a Big Deal from Angie's List. A few days later they called back and apologized for the delay. We set up an appointment to have them clean small stains that my dog had caused on my carpet. We had a lengthy conversation about the stains and the products that he could use. The appointment was set up for Saturday. Our conversation took place on Tuesday or Wednesday to exchange information. I sent him a text on Friday. Shortly there after, because I had not heard back from him I followed up with him.. He said that he did not recall the appointment and would have to find his appointment book. I explained that he could just call me back. I never heard back from him. There was no form of explanation for why he could not show up.

+ -1 moreHe is great! I found him by an ad on line. I called him and the next day he showed up on time. He did the job in a fast amount of time. He did a great job, and it is like night and day on the carpet. His machine looks to be top of the line and there is no way I could have rented a machine and made it look half as good.
