+ -1 moreMIKE WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE ONLY CHARGED ME FOR AN HOUR'S TIME EVEN THOUGH HE WORKED ON MY COMPUTER FOR SLIGHTLY LONGER. I WENT TO HIM INSTEAD OF HIM COMING TO MY HOME BECAUSE IT WAS CHEAPER FOR ME. HE GAVE ME THAT OPTION. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS SERVICE AND WOULD GO BACK AGAIN IF I NEEDED ADDITIONAL HELP.
Description of Work: MIKE CLEARED MY COMPUTER OF TONS OF UNWANTED PROGRAMS AND FILES TO SPEED IT UP. HE SOLD ME AN INEXPENSIVE USED ACCESSORY WHICH ALLOWED ME TO USE MY CABLE MODEM SUCCESSFULLY. MY COMPUTER WAS FREEZING AND NOT WORKING WELL WITH THE CABLE MODEM.
