Wanted a cleaning service to come into our condo to provide a monthly cleaning. The condo is used about 4 weeks a year and kept very clean. Speaking with Natasha, I was clear about the services expected. A monthly cleaning & occasional laundry service which I would pay extra for. She gave me a price and I had her team come out. The price changed from $150 to $250 and no windows. I thanked them and said no. After a call they came back with another price. I went ahead and let them stay. They did a poor job & many things were left undone. She did adjust the price to only $100.00 but things were left undone and I was very unhappy with the job. It seems that they vacumed and dusted and that was about all. Mirrors in the bathrooms were terrible with streaks and they only "tried" to wash them as high as they could reach, leaving the top of the mirrors undone. No glass doors or windows were touched at all.

After hiring this company to clean our home, we noticed prescription medication missing. The owner initially responded favorably saying she would pay to have our locks replaced because their employee had access to our house key. Within 48 hours they said they would not pay for anything and that we were liars. Beware of hiring these folks. UPDATE: This is a follow up on my previous review. Natasha took care of this issue. She is very professional and very responsive.
