I had a new a/c installed with heat pump, all new lines. Also new air runs and insulation in the attic. Overall Iâ m satisfied. The sales, customer service and office staff were excellent. The installation was very prompt. I thought it would be a one day install but it was two. Probably my fault for not clarifying up front. Installing was done by 2 men and one was an apprentice. Both were very nice.

Mason Air was professional and thorough and explained everything along the way. They worked efficiently and quickly to replace my evaporator coil and were reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I know you are worried about this racket of so many people out there to do the work and you cant decide who to call .My call was the right one. Mason A/C is the best out there. I was so impressed by the staffs kindness and prompt action to my situation. I was 8 days without power and then 3 days after that. I called them they came out free that day. The next day i had a brand new one with 10 yr warranty. No worries.Take my advice im picky too. save yourself the crazy worries. They handled it perfectly and I am happy!!!ð

Very easy to work with and flexible. I have a tough attic for ductwork and the guys went above and beyond to make it right. In a couple of rooms, they had to enlarge the register opening so they could literally squeeze up into them to fit the ductwork properly. They promised they would repair the ceilings back to their original state....They hired an outside company (at their expense) to do the dry wall and re-paint work. I withheld a portion of their final payment till that work was completed. Again no issues as we trusted each other. The work was completed on time and without issue. Final payment was then made. Hire these guys! Great crew, they cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. Thank you Mason Air!!

My air conditioning suddenly stopped cooling on the evening of the day I returned from a long trip. I checked Angie's List and Mason Air was highly recommended. I also contacted two other companies on the list. Mason Air responded almost immediately, and, although we set an appointment for the following morning, got back to me saying they could send someone here between 8 and 10 PM that evening! The worker appeared right on time, and began the repair process, which gave me appropriate air flow again. Because it was late and dark out, he asked if he could return to complete checking out the unit. Again, the workman arrived as promised. This turned out to be a bigger and more expensive job that I had anticipated, but I have to give kudos to Mason Air for cleariy identifying the problem, which, unfortunately, included replacing a coil in the unit, and carefully checking out the entire system. I was so pleased with their responsiveness that I now have an annual maintenance contract with Mason Air.

When our heater/air conditioner quit working in early January, another company, with whom we have had a service contract for many years, said the problem was a bad motherboard. They said they would need to order a new one and the repair would be done in 2-3 weeks. After four weeks, with no heat in the dead of a FL winter, we called and learned that the motherboard was now on back-order until April. So, we called Mason for a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem as a sensor in the wall unit, and not the motherboard in the exterior unit. They had the repair done in less than 24 hours. We canceled out service contract with the other company and will use Mason Air Conditioning and Heating in the future. They did the repair correctly, promptly, courteously, and at a reasonable price. They were excellent in all respects.

We did our research and saw how great Mason Air reviews were. We called and Louis came to give us a quote. He was respectful and punctual, arriving exactly when he said he would. He was extremely professional and thorough. I had several other companies come before him and none were as thorough. He gave us his quote which was better than the competitors. He explained everything in detail. He pulled permits and coordinated an inspection for when the job was finished. He was quickly able to return for the central AC removal and install. He was extremely considerate and covered and cleaned everything he worked on. He completed the job and the system works wonderfully! There were no surprises and everything was as he told us it would be. We will only ever use Mason Air. We are very particular and do a ton of research before hiring a professional. If you re looking for a professional, affordable and thorough HVAC pro, don t was your time and just call Louis at Mason Air for your quote.

Good work good Man

I own a small townhouse in Indian Shores but live out of state. I had guests arriving w/o me on a Wednesday but a worker at the house discovered no AC on Tuesday afternoon! After finding my regular AC company unavailable, I rolled the dice on Angie's list which led me to Mr. Mason! He contacted me within 5 mins and arrived at my place less than 30 mins after that. Mason's diagnosis wasn't the best news as my inside compressor needed to be replaced outside of the warranty. However, after tenacious research, Mr. Mason was able to get my compressor replaced for free via the manufacturer, ordered and installed by Wednesday afternoon along with a new Nest thermostat that he walked me through setting up via the app with me on the telephone. Amazing! I highly recommend Mason's company!

Mason HVAC was quick to respond, polite, and honest. Gave me a second opinion that saved a lot of money. Hire them, you will not regret it!

Owner came out to service unit (annual service). Person was very friendly and professional. There was no pressure to upgrade the unit even though it is old.
