Description of Work: My home was built in 1925and is a wood frame home. It needed to be repainted. Claude scrapped the entire house, caulked where necessary and primed and painted the house. The result is spectacular. I receive many compliments. He is efficient and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Claude.

+ -1 moreClaude was uniformly conscientious, careful, courteous, dependable, and proactive in suggesting actions and choices that would contribute to the best outcome. He considered very well the conditions of my lifestyle to the end that the final result would meet my needs well. He had not only the necessary skills but was willing to enter into the spirit of doing a job of which we both could be proud. He was an amiable presence on my property for that length of time, and he worked without any music other than his occasional muted singing. He is interested in using products of the quality necessary to do a top-notch job.
Description of Work: Prepped, stained and painted two-storey wooden house that had not been painted for 20 years. Followed up promptly on a very few-touch up issues. Worked steadily and all alone on a project that took nearly 2 mos. amidst intervening holidays. Performed voluntarily little ancillary services within the purview of his work.
