+ -1 moreI used Junk King St. Petersburg twice last year and was impressed with their work, courtesy, promptness and care so, of course, called then again for this job. I have been trying to reach them for two weeks now. All calls, even those to their local number, go to a call center in California. I have two separate confirmation emails but still no pick up. The call center folks talk like they care but they don't call back as they promised. Three times now the call center folks have said they'd investigate and call me back but have not done so. I have decided to go elsewhere but I hope the folks who were so helpful last year are all okay.
Description of Work: I needed two bed platforms (no mattresses) removed.
