Terrible. Jack took 6 months to complete the remodel of this small condo. Then charged for extras that should have been includdd in his quote. He gives a quote and a timeframe to get a project, however, he had no intention living up to it. I have also spoken to others and they the same exact thing about Jack and his companies. NT

I wanted Jack came to my house after I called and we set up a time for an estimate. Jack arrived promptly on the agreed date and time and looked over the bathroom that I wanted to remodel. I explained what I wanted and got some additional advice from Jack. He said he would work out a price and call me back. When Jack called back a couple of days later, he gave me a price that I was very pleased with and I agreed immediately. Jack showed up a few days later on our agreed date and time with 3 workers to begin the demolition work (I wanted the old bathtub removed and replaced with a new one). In addition to replacing the bathtub, they replaced the toilet, vanity, medicine chest, light, ceramic tile floor, and installed a ceiling vent. The lead worker, George, was very skilled and took his time since he was somewhat of a perfectionist, which I appreciated. The project was completed about a week later and turned out very nicely. My wife and I are pleased with this company and will use them again on our next project.

I contacted Jack by phone and left a voice mail on 06/16/2014 and received a quick response back from him. We set up an appointment for 06/17/2014 for 2:00 PM. He was a little late. I explained to him everything I wanted done in the mobile home, which consisted of dry wall in living room, kitchen, hallway and 2 bathrooms, and painting. The kitchen would be getting a new counter top, back splash, and cabinets painted. I also wanted new flooring put down in all rooms. Jack took the time to measure and was very personable. He seemed interested in the job while he was there. After he was done getting all the measurements he said I will get back to you on Sunday, which would have been 06/22/2014. So I waited patiently until 06/26/2014, since I still had not heard from him I decided to give him a call. Jack answered the phone and informed me that he had been preoccupied with family and would have the estimate to me the next day, which would have been 06/27/2014. Well today is 07/13/2014 and I am still waiting for the estimate. Needless to say I can not give a positive review for such lack of courtesy. If he knew he did not want to do the job a phone call would have been nice to inform me of this. I hope the next person who hires him has a better response from him than I did. My sister in law was at the property when we were going over what needed to be done, and after Jack left I told her I thought he was a very pleasant person and I felt that he would be perfect for the job, boy was I wrong.

Very professional and punctual. Cleaned up everything and covered all furniture and rugs.

They were excellent. They were reasonable priced. They were on time and they cleaned up well after themselves. I will definitely use them again.

They were very good. The price didn't include the bathtub and vanity which I purchased separately. They did excellent work. It took 2 or 3 days for the remodeling project so it was fairly quick. They worked hard when they were here. The price was real reasonable. It was almost half of other quotes that I got. I might have them do my kitchen.

Both jobs done well. No complaint.

Very smoothly- on time and no issues

I called Jack on 9/20 to give me an estimate on a complete bathroom remodel and he came out that evening. I discussed the work I needed and he made recommendations. I had the estimate back 9/22/2011. The total was $6,320.00 labor and materials. I did get 4 different estimates for this project. Although I hired another contractor, I hold no reservation asking Jack estimate future projects.
