About us

We specialize in the pressure washing and sealing of all brick pavers, travertine stone, marble, and concrete. We also specialize in painting pool decks. We provide five-star results at three-star prices in order to gain market share. We use commercial-grade pressure washers and electric sprayers for results that generally last 3-5 years. We primarily use ICT's pure urethane sealer, with a 45% solids content (highest on market), built in algae and mold inhibitors, with color enhancing, joint stabilizing, and anti-slip properties. Since we also use this breathable sealer, we eliminate the chance of the dreaded "white haze" common with inferior solvent and water-based sealers, and can complete most jobs in one day, minimizing downtime for the customer and contractor. I personally ensure you get superior quality every step of the way. Local Family Owned Tampa Bay company, properly licensed (C-11192) and fully insured with workman's comp for your peace of mind.

Evan was very professional. He was on time and did a wonderful job cleaning, sanding and resealing our brick pavers on the driveway, front walkway and front porch.
