It was outstanding. In fact, Angi contacted them and in a matter of minute they were on the phone and the guy was very professional and very effective and got it done on time. He is very prompt and they were on time and it was excellent work.

First company to respond to request for service. Set an appt in timely manner and made recommendations. To return 2 weeks later and cancelled due to car problems. Reset appt for 4 days later. Did not respond to my text about confirming and called 2 hours after set scheduled appt to set another day and told, no thanks.

The House of Blinds and Shutters is one of the most outstanding companies we have ever worked with in our 40+ years of home ownership. Brad and Rustin were very knowledgeable and patiently helped us determine the best window coverings for our condo. Brad answered our call immediately when we inquired about an installation date and the shutters we ordered were delivered on time. On the day of the installation, it was like watching a work of art being created before our very eyes. Brad and Rustin carefully installed the shutters and cleaned up as they worked. They were very courteous and even moved the furniture back when they finished. You could not even tell any work had been done...except for the gorgeous shutters they installed! On all aspects of this job, the House of Blinds and Shutters earns an A+++. Brad and Rustin are AMAZING!!!

The service went very well. They had called me to tell me the blinds I picked out were on back order and that it might delay the installation. They were able to give me the option to choose new blinds or wait. It was nice that they called to let me know that. Brad was very professional and very good. He was prompt for the day of service. I would recommend them to anyone!

The sales person brought samples to condo, measure, and priced the large span of vertical blinds with professional behavior. The installation went as described and they removed the old ones too. Cleanup was as if they were not there. Great experience

We had a front door plantation shutter that had broken beyond repair. They customized a new shutter, matched the old shutter color quite well and provided professional and responsive service. Our only small glitch was that the manufacturer of the shutter delayed shipment two times. That pushed back expected installation by @ 3 weeks. Staff provided weekly updates during that process.

We had Travis come out the day of install and he was very nice and patient, working with a new header and our twenty five year old parts. I'm so glad we found someone to come out for such a small job. We are both seniors and would not have been able to fix this ourselves.

Contacted the owner, Brad. He sent out Travis to measure windows- we loved Travis. They gave us several price and style options. We just had plantation shutters installed by Travis and WOW. What a difference they make to our rooms. Elegant and stylish. We are ordering more shutters for the kitchen and office.

House of Blinds was local, and the owner Brad was friendly. He promised a set price, no matter how long it would take and how complicated. Travis came out and immediately started to fix my mess. He removed the poorly hung brackets and positioned them properly, making sure the window could slide past the to open and close. Everything was checked and double-checked before drilling. The result? An attractive window (with my scarf valances back in place) that grabs your attention when you enter the room. It's easy to open and close and even I will not damage Travis' wonderful job with my energetic use. I hear they install custom window coverings, but fixing the terrible work i did (that's why they call me Inspector 13) was so important to this homeowner who wanted a professional who I could trust and who exhibited skill and customer service; what more could i ask for! Thank you Travis, I would wholeheartedly recommend you and House of Blinds!

I searched all over for a good vertical blind repair company. After doing a Google search, I was sent to this company. He called back immediately and the appointments (two different town homes) were made within a day. He was very reasonable and the verticals now open and close with no problem. His company also does installation on all blinds, shutters, roller shades and verticals.
