House of Blinds and Shutters

After struggling to find someone to work on shutters, most companies only wanted to sell new shutters and did not offer repair services, I came across House of Blinds and Shutters. Brad was very punctual and was able to repair our shutters quickly on the first visit. He had the parts needed in his vehicle and was completed repairs in about an hour. I had several connecting pins for the louvers that had to be removed and replaced after dry rotting. Brad was very professional and interested in taking care of the issue and not just trying to sell new shutters. I know when the time does come, I will be calling these guys at House of Blinds and Shutters!!

A complicated repair of an aging, very large horizontal blind was handled by the owner with remarkable skill and patience. Even though the repair part needed was no longer manufactured, he devised a solution which saved me from replacing the entire blind and its 3 matching ones. Technicians were professional and polite on both visits. I would recommend this company for repairs and will look to them when it's time for these blinds to finally retire!

The 2 repairmen were punctual & respectful. After finishing the repairs, we talked about whether I needed to replace my blinds. I really appreciated their advice that my blinds could continue to last with proper handling. When I'm ready to replace them, I will certainly turn to House of Blinds & Shades.

The technician arrived on time, determined a solution of the problem and made the repair. Several of our plantation shutters had detached from the plastic strips that allows closure of each set of blinds. The technician warned me that the problem would be likely to recur because of the construction of the blinds, but at the moment they are functioning properly.

needed the track mechanism on my vertical blinds replaced.the repairmen measured and ordered them and came back aweek later and removed and installed the new track with the existing blinds.they did a very good job.i would have given them a full 5 star if it wasnt that they 4got 2 bring one blind that i had ordered that was missing but they assured me that next time i'm in town they would bring it.(i was flying back 2 NY)

Company cancelled first scheduled appointment as installer did not have time to complete my minor project on that date. Rescheduled 5 days later and was on time and professional.

Great experience and was so impressed ordered additional work. They were very thorough,timely and efficient. Would definitely use them again.
