I started this project this past May. I asked for vinyl shutters for 2 large windows, 4 smaller windows and a large dining room window. All except for the dining room window were installed eventually, though the 4 smaller are still without the sill as directed and for which paid. The dining room window was to have wooden shutters to match the moldings, but when eventually completed and brought they were 'red' versus the color of the stained moldings - more a tone of brown. I couldn't install; they would not have been in keeping. The owner said he had already paid and that I should accept and try to live with it. I said no; still not in.

The professional came and repaired 3 sets of blinds. He was on time, courteous and did a great job.

Very professional excellent knowlegeof blind system

One exception: At the time of service I was charged $10 for some valance mounting clips to be mailed to me by manufacturer who would be paid and instructed by HoB&S. Two followups yielded nothing. At time of 3rd f/u I asked to cancel ordwer and credit my account the $10 charged earlier. That was done proptly as shown on my account.

It took over 2 weeks to complete a small vertcal blind hardware replacement - they cut track to wrong dimension on the first try. Workmanship was good and price was right.

Brad was very helpful and courteous.
