He couldn't fix my blind and it was just a Lowe's blind. He gave me a price for new ones, or I could get another Lowe's blind. I appreciated the help and he did not charge for the service call. This was for a rental I have and didn't want to have custom blinds but would use him when I do.

Scott kept me updated as far as the installer's schedule, which I appreciated because I didn't need to hang around the house waiting. Travis did the install quickly and with obvious confidence, while also filling me -a new arrival to the area- in on the best places to eat:)

They never showed up when they promised to have the job done, never returned phone calls, there was a problem that they had missed that cost an additional $300.00 which I paid up front and they promised to pay back.....still waiting for the money!!! Would never use them again or recommend them to anyone!!!
