Do not use this company at all. I had the worst experience I have ever had from any contractor. I have been in the construction and low voltage industry for 26+ years and have never seen anyone not troubleshoot an issue and just replace parts. The original issue was the air handler fan motor was shutting off first thing in the morning for over a month. Steve the owner which is scary first said it was a bad board at $498.00. When that didn't work he didn't answer calls right away and had me waiting for him to return. Then he came back out said it was the motor. I to;d him multiple times I didn't believe it was the motor. He insisted it was so he replaced it then charged me another $341.00 and of course that wasn't it. Told him multiple times I thought it might be Freon. This is all happening over a month. I then waited again for him to come back out sometime waiting a week before coming back out. This time he said it was a thermostat and again that didn't take care of it. So now I'm into this for $839.00 and it's still not fixed. At this point he gave up on the repair refunded me a portion of my money minus $189.00 for two trip charges. Honestly shouldn't of even paid for that when the problem wasn't fixed. Then my over flow drip pan leaked messed up my ceiling. Had to call another a/c company and the only issue was low Freon which was causing the coil to freeze up which helped cause the dip pan to over flow.. DO NOT USE GULF BREEZE REFRIGERATION

They are a wonderful company who installed our air handler and a/c unit. Very quick service. Whenever we need them yearly tune ups are provided as part of our service. Topnotch company!

We have 2 AC units, one is for the bedroom 1.5 ton and the other is whole house 5 ton. Steve checks connections, motors, hi and low pressure systems and thermostats. I feel better that the systems are checked before the summer begins. I have used Gulf Breeze for over 5 years and am pleased with the results.

I have used him three years in a row. My house has two air conditioners; one is about 12 years old and the other 10 years. He did a good job. I call him, we make an appointment and he shows up. When I had a fan motor break I hired him last year in may and he did an inspection. I told him that I was concerned about the motor in the outside one which is a 10 year old one and I wanted to replace it but he said I would get a year from it. He told me since I had a contract with him he said he would he able to come the same day and he came the same day. He saved me some money. I think he is pricey; I am paying him for the experience and knowledge which I can't complain about. When he comes in he fixes it. His timing of coming here is excellent which is nice. That is how a true professional is.

It all went perfectly. They arrived on time and did exactly what they were going to do.
