I called them on Tuesday. The next available appointment was on Friday. He lives in Daytona, I think, so he drove all the way from Daytona to my house. The inspection was thorough. He gave me direction because all these contractors have been pulling me in every which way, and I didn't know which way was up. He gave me a plan, which he didn't have to, but he gave me a plan of the order that all these projects have to proceed. He told he how much I should expect to pay for them. He told me contractors that he has worked with. He told me things that he didn't have to do. And he gave me advice on how to proceed, not just how to repair the house, but if I wanted to sell or if I wanted to live in the house. Things that he didn't have to do. I would absolutely use them again. As a matter of fact, I'm going to call him again.
