They did an excellent job. Their prices were competitive, they were quick, and very neat.

After visiting 3 other carpet stores I met Gene at Flooring America....I kept asking salesmen what to look for in a good carpet. Gene was the only one who took the time to really explain the differences. He was knowledgeable and helped me find just the right carpet and pad. It had to be special ordered and arrived exactly when Gene said it would..I had company and Gene helped me pick an installation date that was convenient to my schedule. The installers showed up on time and did their job with efficiency and cheerfulness.( I was a little disappointed later to learn the installers approached my neighbor and gave her their independent business card and told her to buy her carpet at a discount store and they would install it...)..but they did a good job and after living with the carpet for a few months it has performed well. I am quite pleased with the whole experience.

They are wonderful. They make you feel like family. I am very satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone. They are wonderful.

Pat Marlowe and Flooring America score a home run. They have expertise, selection and installation. Pat has the expertise to help a person decide on the best floor covering for their situation. His selection of tile, hardwood, laminates and carpeting leaves nothing more to desire. The installation crews he uses are absolutely the BEST. They are neat, creative, punctual and quick. They tackled a huge job and got it done on schedule with a minimum of disturbance. Both delicate furniture pieces and heavy items were handled with care and respect. Irreplaceable art and other precious items were protected at all times. I have and would continue to recommend this firm to anyone. Those people I know who have used Flooring America have been likewise greatly satisfied.

The quality of the materials are excellent. And the installation and craftsmanship was excellent. They did everything they could to individualize there products to us and our needs. They spent countless hours helping with tile design- they also made sure they understood the type of traffic the carpet would get before we made our carpet selection.
